Predominantly I work with watercolour, loving it's freshness, fluidity and the challenge of it's unpredictability. My paintings are spontaneous, using these inherent qualities to produce vibrant land and seascapes. I am also exploring textile as a medium. The profusion of texture, colour and technique is full of exciting possibilities and I hope to produce some pieces this year.

From Inverness take A9 north to the Tore roundabout (7 miles). Leave roundabout at first exit (signed Muir of Ord). Tore Art Gallery is situated a mile and a half on the right (large church building).
